Dream Groups

In a small group setting, learn to understand the meaning of your dreams by exploring techniques to work with your dreams. You will share your dreams as revelations from your unconscious, realizing the wisdom that is available to you through your dreams and that gives guidance and direction for your life.

Group members can choose to share a dream or can participate by listening and responding to another's dream. Participants decide for themselves how much information they will share with the group. Group guidelines, such as confidentiality with respect to each other's dreams and respect for the sacred nature of the dream, are reviewed with each new group to create a safe and respectful environment.

Institute for Dream Studies conducts in-person dream groups in the Charleston, South Carolina and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina areas as well as on-line/phone dream groups.
