Conference Lecture and Workshop Topics
Justina will lead a dream group for participants each morning during the conference. Group members will honor the sacred nature of the dream and focus on personal growth and individuation. They will view their dreams through confidential and experiential group work moving the unconscious to consciousness. Working each day in a different technique, members will explore their dreams with a short individual exercise, as well as an in-depth group experience. Emphasis will be placed on awareness of emotions within the dream and the importance of understanding those emotions in daily life.

In this experiential workshop, Justina Lasley will help you find "the gold" in your dreams. Working in a safe (and confidential) group, you will learn to understand the metaphorical language of dreams and uncover their rich meanings. The skills you learn will include how to: use dreams to move toward personal growth, healthful living and your authentic self; uncover dreams' spiritual messages; organize dream groups; effectively share your dreams; relate your real emotions and actions to those we experience in dreams; use amplification techniques based on Jungian, Gestalt, Art Therapy, and Psychodrama theories to open your dreams to fruitful interpretation. Come discover time-tested, highly effective techniques that will help you turn your dreams into guides for greater personal insight and pathways to a more fulfilling future. Note: This workshop can be of great value to both complete beginners and experienced dream adventurers, as well as offer very useful skills to counseling and coaching professionals. Friday night lecture is a requirement for this workshop.
