In this experiential workshop, Justina Lasley will help you find "the gold" in your dreams. Working in a safe (and confidential) group, you will learn to understand the metaphorical language of dreams and uncover their rich meanings. The skills you learn will include how to: use dreams to move toward personal growth, healthful living and your authentic self; uncover dreams' spiritual messages; organize dream groups; effectively share your dreams; relate your real emotions and actions to those we experience in dreams; use amplification techniques based on Jungian, Gestalt, Art Therapy, and Psychodrama theories to open your dreams to fruitful interpretation.
